My time is valuable, and so is yours. When booking your project with me, you are entrusting me with a serious responsibility that I don’t take lightly, and it is my goal to ensure you get the most out of what you’re paying for. That means I will do what it takes to give you a product you will fall in love with, and will make you successful.

My primary services are designed to create and draft fiction manuscripts of all genres, however I also work in non-fiction as well. Contact me to know more.

As of this time, I am not offering publishing services. Although I recommend seeking out Amazon KDP or Apple Books. Both are inexpensive with fair royalty options.

Onboarding forms are sent to all potential clients during their first project with me. There is a one-time processing fee of $45 to submit the form, but you won’t be charged this fee until your onboarding is completed.

The onboarding process involves submitting a client intake form with payment authorization, a non-disclosure agreement, and the signing of your first project contractual agreement. You, of course, may review these legal documents prior to onboarding.

Once your onboarding is complete, you will recieve an invitation to your own personal client portal where you will be able to manage any and all future projects, payments, and appointments with me.

Questions about your Account

You can access your client portal here or on my homepage. Request a login code to begin!

Note: Only current clients who have filled out their onboarding form will have access to a portal.

You will need to contact me through your portal with the desired changes.

It can take up to 10 minutes for your login code to appear in your inbox. If you still haven’t received it, check the following options:

  1. Did you use your registered email?
  2. Did you check your spam/junk folder?
  3. Did you fill out the onboarding form?

If the answer is yes to all of those, please contact me for further assistance.

Make sure you saved a copy of your client intake form, because the email you provided is what you will use to log into your account.

If you’ve lost your intake form and/or completely forgotten your registered email, you will unfortunately need to make a secondary account by filling out an additional onboarding form. A second fee will apply.

Billing & Payments

Questions about Billing

There are several ways you can make a payment, the most popular way is by using the invoice you received in your email. Another way is by logging into your portal and clicking “Payments” or “Make a Payment”. 

All payments come with a 4 day grace period before an accruing daily fee is applied to your invoice, starting from the payment due date. Your contract will be terminated after 2 weeks of non-payment, and any unfinished work will be forfeited to the business. You will receive a final invoice for the missed payment, including the late fee, as well as an early contract termination fee.

In the event you find yourself unable to make a payment, please reach out to me so that we may address the issue together.

If you were double-charged, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and am more than happy to fix the issue! You will need to provide me with additional information to receive a refund.

I accept all major debit and credit cards.

Yes! I am fully aware that not everyone can pay upfront, so I’ve designed my business so that no matter your budget, you will still be able to afford my services. Please let me know if you are in need of a payment plan and we can discuss an agreed schedule.

Since all products are considered digital, I do not offer refunds. All approved payments are final.

Projects & Orders

Questions about your Order

By logging into your portal, you’ll be able to review all of your documents, including your project, from the safety of your dashboard. On the left hand side of your dashboard, you will see a link directing you to “Documents”.

Without a co-authorship contract, you will own 100% of the rights and royalties to your book. My contracts delve into deeper detail regarding this clause.

If you don’t have a plot, or a fully formed plot, or you simply have a vague idea, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with me so we can flesh it out together!

My goal is to make sure you have a product you love, so if you find yourself dissatisfied with the final product, please inform me as soon as possible so that I may assist in rectifying the issue.

My services are legally binding, so yes. Before signing, I always provide a copy for review, and I am always happy to offer clarification.
