Welcome to C Maddux Write LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, offers, or content provided by Crystal Maddux through cmadduxwrite.com (“Website”).

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website or purchasing services.

1. Services Offered

C Maddux Write LLC offers custom writing services including (but not limited to):

  • Ghostwriting
  • Editing & Proofreading
  • Plot Outlining & Story Development
  • Consultations & Strategy Calls
  • Custom Formatting & Print-Ready Design

Each service is tailored to the client’s unique needs and may be subject to a formal agreement, timeline, and payment structure outlined in your individual proposal or contract.

2. Payments

All payments are accepted through:

  • PayPal
  • Square

Payment schedules may vary based on the scope of the project. Some services require a deposit upfront, with remaining payments due before final delivery. Invoices will include clear breakdowns of fees and due dates.

Late payments may delay delivery timelines and are subject to pause or cancellation of work.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of my services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, I want you to walk away with something you love—so if you’re dissatisfied, I’ll do my best to make it right within the agreed project scope.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your place on my calendar and compensates for time I set aside for your project. If you cancel after the deposit is made, the deposit will not be refunded, as that time could have been reserved for another client.

If you need to cancel a project, please reach out as soon as possible. Refunds may be offered at my discretion for any unused portion of the service beyond the deposit. No refunds will be issued for completed or delivered work.

4. Communication & Delivery

All client communication will be conducted through email, phone, or agreed and approved channels. You will receive project timelines, deliverables, and updates through those platforms.

It is the client’s responsibility to respond to feedback or approval requests in a timely manner (within 2–3 business days) to avoid delays. If extended silence occurs without notice, your project may be delayed or rescheduled at my discretion.

5. Ownership & Credit

Unless stated otherwise in a contract:

  • Ghostwritten content becomes your property upon full payment.
  • I retain the right to reference general, non-confidential aspects of a project in my portfolio or for promotional purposes. If an NDA is signed, I will redact all client-specific or identifying information while still showcasing elements of the creative work.

If you wish to give credit for editing, story development, or ghostwriting, I always appreciate it—but it is not required.

6. Website Content

All content on cmadduxwrite.com is owned by C Maddux Write LLC and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written permission. This includes blog posts, designs, downloadable materials, and brand visuals.

7. Privacy

I value your privacy. Any personal information you share via contact forms or during the course of a project will remain confidential and will never be sold, shared, or distributed outside the scope of business activities. For full details, please refer to the [Privacy Policy] page.

8. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this website or services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
